Apple have always been on the lookout for ways to improve the Apple iPod. The latest addition to the Apple iPod line of products is the iPod Nano - the fourth digital audio player that Apple has released.

Apple first released the iPod, followed by the Shuffle, the Mini and is now dominating the market with the Apple iPod Nano.There are many features that are exclusive to the iPod Nano.

Features such as larger flash memory storage, smaller color screen, easier to use click wheel, higher resolution, smaller battery, lighter weight and new headphone jack location.

Its biggest feature is its small size. The Nano has big features and sound in a small package.Commercials and advertising for the iPod Apple iPod Nano heavily communicate the tiny size and slim design of the MP3 player. In fact, the actual size of the device is1.6"x3.5"x0.27" is approximately 50% smaller than the original iPod design

In fact, it only took 17 days for Apple to move its first 1,000,000 units!Who knows just how popular it will eventually become.

It seems that with the Apple iPod Nano, Apple has really hit a homerun. One can only speculate as to how long Apple will go before releasing the next line of the Apple iPod, or is Apple content with the popularity and success of the Apple iPod. Who knows if Apple can improve on the Apple iPod Nano? One thing is for certain, the Apple iPod Nano has appeared to set the benchmark for all MP3 players, and for all portable digital music players. Apple revolutionized the way we listen to music and where we can take that music with us when it released the original Apple iPod. Since then, the iPod has gotten better and better while getting smaller and smaller at the same time. Now, with the Apple iPod Nano, it appears that Apple has developed the perfect iPod. Of course, with Apple always looking to improve the iPod, who knows what will come next after the Apple iPod Nano.

Most people who use self-help techniques to better themselves have heard of Holosync. If you don’t know what Holosync is, I’ll tell you. Basically it uses audio programming with binaural beats to change brain wave activity.

Changing brain wave activity brings on a meditative state much faster than self-meditation, and can reduce stress. Ongoing studies show that reducing stress using meditation techniques have a variety of benefits, including Lowering Cholesterol (American Heart Association); reducing chronic pain, anxiety, and high blood pressure (National Institutes of Health),lowers blood pressure (American Journal of Hypertension) and improves artery health by as much as 69 percent (American Heart Association).

Holosync is not the only way to quickly reduce stress. Other mind optimizing methods that can also reduce stress include: Hypnosis, general Meditation, and Biofeedback, not to mention a good exercise that could include Yoga and Pilates. You can also use isochronic tones to reduce stress.

The advantages to using Isochronic tones over binaural beats are very clear. Binaural beats require headphones because they working using two separate tones, played differently into each ear. The tones then create a pulse, or "beat." Users will not notice the separate tones because it is all done very fast. On the other hand, Isochronic tones do not require headphones. Only one tone is used, but it is manually spaced to turn on and off in a particular pattern. This makes it more effective because the brain doesn’t have to do the extra work of putting the two tones together. The Isochronic tone technology has been fully tested and is proven to work. In 1999, the Journal of Neurotherapy published a case study conducted by Thomas Budzynski, Ph.D. He tested 8 struggling college students. After using both audio and visual brainwave stimulation, the students significantly increased their grade point average, and their GPA continued to rise even after treatment was discontinued! Isochronic tones reduce stress and have all of the benefits of Holysync, but instead of binaural beats, they use monaural and isochronic tones for what the creator, Morry Zelecovitch calls "brainwave entertainment. I know those are a few big words, but Morry is a certified "Brainwave Entertainment Engineer/Specialist." He has worked with the leaders in brainwave technology to develop this process — and he definitely knows what he’s talking about!

Holosync products are very expensive, and are not guaranteed. However, it has more to do with how your brain reacts to certain stimuli. Some things work on some people, while others do not. Meditation is a good example. It can take some time to be comfortable with Meditation products, and many people quite before they get any benefits. With isochronic tones, many people are able to obtain a comfortable meditative state quickly, and for MUCH less cost.
