If you get even one response, you’ll have started the process of developing your first information product.

Once you have a positive response, brainstorm a list of questions specific to what your guest wants to talk about. Come up with 25-50 possible questions and send them to the guest to review, noting that you probably won’t get through all of them in your agreed upon time. Note any recommendations they make.
